摘 要:本文提出了基于飞轮储能装置的双馈风机并网系统联合调频控制策略。通过对飞轮储能的理论分析,将电网频率变化量和双馈风机出力的变化量作为它的控制输入,得到风机-飞轮储能并网系统。结合同步发电机调频特性,通过改变其调差系数并结合风机-飞轮储能系统调频出力情况,对电网进行联合调频控制。仿真结果表明,联合调频控制下能有效减小各自的调频压力,有良好的调频效果。This paper proposes a joint frequency modulation control strategy based on flywheel energy storage device.Through the theoretical analysis of flywheel energy storage,taking the variation of grid frequency and the output of doubly-fed induction generator as its control input,the grid connected system for wind generator-flywheel energy storage is obtained.Combined with the frequency modulation characteristics of synchronous generator,the frequency control of the power grid is adjusted by changing the difference coefficient and combining with the frequency modulation output of wind generator-flywheel energy storage system.The simulation results show that the joint frequency modulation control can effectively reduce their frequency modulation pressure respectively and have a good frequency modulation effect.
