我国中药饮片行业发展现状及存在的问题研究

摘　　要：目的:为促进中药饮片行业标准化,推动中药饮片产业技术进步提供参考。方法:通过分析中药饮片行业的特点,找出中药饮片行业发展中所存在的主要问题,并提出相应的对策。结果与结论:2014年1月-2017年9月,中药饮片行业在医药行业中具有主营业务收入占比低(占比为6.09%~6.94%)但增长速度快(同比增长率为12.66%~17.20%),群众基础好、应用范围广,产业链长,来源及目标人群复杂等特点,同时政策好利于中药饮片行业发展。但也存在着行业集中度低(如排名第一的某中药饮片生产企业市场占有率仅为2%左右)、生产效率不高,创新力不足、可持续发展面临压力,流通存在走票现象、销售区域存在限制等问题。我国需提高企业的生产效率,增强行业创新能力和国际市场竞争能力,统一相关标准,建立规范的监管体系。OBJECTIVE：To provide reference for the standardization promotion of TCM decoction piece industry,and to provide reference for the improvement of TCM decoction piece industry technology. METHODS：By analyzing characteristics of TCM decoction pieces industry, the problems of TCM decoction pieces industry were summarized and corresponding countermeasures were put forward. RESULTS CONCLUSIONS：From Jan. 2014 to Sept. 2017,TCM decoction piece industry has the characteristic of low proportion of main bussiness income（proportion were 6.09%-6.94%）,fast growth（inter-ratio growth rate were 12.66%-17.20%）,stable mass base,wide application range,long industrial chain,complex source and target. The introduction of relevant policies in recent years is conducive to the development of TCM decoction pieces. However,there are some problems such as low industry concentration（for example,the 1 st market percentage of TCM decoction pieces was only 2%）,low production efficiency,lack of innovation,pressure for sustainable development,affiliated sales in circulation link,sales territory restrictions and so on. It is urgent to carry out their own construction of TCM decoction piece enterprises,improve the production efficiency of enterprises with the help of the national environment,standardize the production and management order of TCM decoction pieces, enhance the innovation ability and international market competitiveness of the industry, unify the relevant standards,establish standard supervision system and promote the technological progress of TCM decoction piece industry.
