浙江省公共体育服务体系建设研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、数理统计法对浙江省公共体育服务体系进行分析,结果表明:浙江省各地区体育事业经费支出占GDP比例的差异呈逐年缩小趋势,但各地区人均体育事业经费支出的差异性呈逐年增加趋势,城乡差异程度呈先降后升的趋势;体育设施供给差异程度呈逐渐上升趋势,举办全民健身活动次数总体呈上升趋势,而且呈现"奥运周期"特征;每万人拥有社会体育指导员平均数高于全国平均水平,其差异程度呈逐渐下降趋势,万人拥有体育社团数量差异逐年缩小,体育俱乐部和晨晚练点数量区间差异呈先降后升的"V"型;国民体质监测抽测率和达标率呈逐年提高的趋势,且地区间差异逐渐缩小,各年龄段城市居民国民体质合格率高于农村,公共体育信息服务平台各地区建设具有差异性。针对以上结果,提出相应对策。By using the methods of literature review and mathematical statistics, this paper analyzes public sports service system in Zhejiang. The results show that the expenditure of the various regions of sports funds accounting for the proportion of GDP differences has narrow trend in Zhejiang, but the difference of per capita sports expenditure of each area is increasing year by year; The degree of difference between urban and rural areas decreased after rising trend; The degree of sports facilities supply difference increased gradually; The number of national fitness events is on the rise and presents the characteristics of the “ Olympiad”; The average number of social sports instructors per 10 000 people is higher than the national average, and the extent of their differences shows a downward trend; The number of sports associations per 10 000 people is decreasing year by year; The interval difference of sports clubs and morning and evening exercise points has the characteristic of first reduced and then increased “ V” type;The monitoring rate and compliance rate of national physical fitness monitoring showed an increasing trend year by year, and the regional differences decreased gradually. The national physical fitness rate of urban residents in different age groups is higher than that in rural areas, and the construction of public sports information service platform varies in different regions. In view of the existing problems, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
