摘　　要：通过对2017年第47届世界体操锦标赛男子运动员参赛年龄、各单项参赛人数及奖牌分布进行分析,研究各国为备战2020年东京奥运会所做的人力资源准备,了解本周期国际体操联合会引领世界体操运动发展的新动态。结果显示:"难美并重、美优先"已成为引领本周期世界竞技体操发展的风向标;世界男子竞技体操竞争格局呈现出中国与日本整体实力领先,单项竞争群雄逐鹿的态势;中国男子体操队重登奖牌榜之首,说明其已走出低谷并站在了重塑强国的新起点;中国男子体操队应以本届锦标赛为契机,总结成功经验,深研东京奥运会体操项目新赛制,采取有力举措,为满额获得2020年奥运会男子参赛资格并创造中国男子体操的新辉煌奠定坚实基础。Through the analysis of the age, the number of athletes attending the single competition items, and the competition achievements of the 47 World Gymnastics Championships Men’s athletes in 2017, it can not only provide us with the human resources preparation for the competition in the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games, but also help us understand the new development of the World Gymnastics Federation well led by the International Gymnastics Federation in this period. The results show that the world gymnastics development cycle indicator is both the difficulty and beauty, but beauty has become a priority of all the aspects; China and Japan are the leading countries in the world gymnastics competition pattern from the overall strength, while single event is high competition in all the men ’ s gymnastics team; China has come back to the first place, which means that China has bottomed out and stand at the new starting point for reshaping power. China men ’ s gymnastics team should regard this match as an opportunity, to summarize the successful experience, and research the new competition system well of the Tokyo Olympic Games gymnastics, to take effective measures to lay a solid foundation to get the full participation qualification for the 2020 Olympic men and create new brilliance of Chinese men ’ s gymnastics.
