北京城市居民对就业集聚区的健康性感知研究

摘　　要：通过对北京市CBD、金融街、中关村等10个典型就业集聚区从业人员的自感健康测度问卷调查,利用相关分析和聚类分析方法,研究北京城市居民对其所处的就业集聚区的健康性感知,以期为北京的健康城市规划提供一定的案例支撑和政策建议。1)北京城市居民对就业集聚区的健康性感知具有一定的区域差异,西南—东北方向优于城市中心区,西南方向优于东北方向;2)健身、饮食与居民自感健康之间存在相关性,而建成环境对于居民的健身运动和饮食选择产生一定的影响;3)根据健身、饮食与自感健康测度的差异性,将北京10个典型就业集聚区划分为4种不同的集聚类型。Through the questionnaire survey on the perceived health measurement of the employees in ten typical job-clusters in Beijing,such as CBD,Financial Street,Zhongguancun,ect.,the health perception of Beijing urban residents in the job-clusters is studied by using the correlation and cluster analysis methods,and certain cases and suggestions for the healthy city planning of Beijing are provided. 1） There are certain regional differences in the health perception of their job places among the urban residents in Beijing,that of the southwest and the northeast is better than that of the central area; 2） There is a correlation among fitness,diet and perceived health,and the built environment has a certain influence on the residents＇ fitness and diet; 3） According to the difference of fitness,diet and perceived health,ten typical job-clusters in Beijing are divided into four different types of aggregation.
