摘  要:针对自动扶梯前后型梳齿板异物保护装置内应力分布很难分析的问题,采用薄板理论,建立内应力弯曲方程。为了得到可视化及高精度的计算结果,使用有限元软件进行建模并分析,得到在多种施加载荷的方式下分析前后移动型梳齿板异物保护装置结构的应力图以及最大应力集中点,即为保护装置的薄弱部位。最后采用静态应变仪对保护装置进行现场应力测试,将试验结果和仿真值进行比较,对有限元分析结果进行了验证。从而为改进保护装置设计,提高工作稳定性提供了理论依据。It is difficult to analyze the internal stress distribution of the front and back comb board device of the escalator.To solve the problem,this paper proposes an internal stress bending equation based on the thin plate theory.Firstly,to obtain visualized and precise calculation results,the finite element software was used to establish a model.Then,by analyzing the comb board protection device with different loading,the stress diagram as well as the maximum stress concentration point which was the weak part of the device was obtained.Finally,a static gauge was used to test the stress of the protection device.By comparing the results of the testing and simulation,the finite element analysis results were verified,which provides theoretical basis for improving the design of the protection device.
