摘 要:针对某机载雷达频综器在功能性振动试验中钢丝绳隔振器发生疲劳破坏的问题,开展优化设计。对原减振设计方案中的不利于结构耐久的因素进行分析,探明导致钢丝绳隔振器疲劳破坏的主要原因。在对原减振系统分析的基础上,分别从系统固有频率、隔振器安装方式和限位设计3个方面对频综器减振系统进行优化设计。最后对改进后的减振系统及其频综器进行了动态相噪和耐久性试验评估。结果显示,改进后的减振设计方案既满足相噪指标要求,又满足耐久性使用要求,成功解决了该频综器减振系统疲劳破坏的问题。In the vibration test,the wire rope absorber of the frequency synthesizer for an airborne radar may be broken because of fatigue.To solve this problem,an optimal method is proposed in this paper.First,the structural disadvantage of traditional vibration isolation design was analyzed to verify the cause of the breaking.Then,based on the analysis,the vibration isolation design was optimized in three ways,namely,changing natural frequency of the system,improving the installation of the absorber and designing spacing block.Finally,the dynamic phase noise and the durability of the improved vibration reduction system and its frequency synthesizer were tested and evaluated.The results show that the solution has high durability and can meet the requirement of phase noise.
