摘  要:航海雷达溢油监测技术具有大范围目标探测、工作方式灵活、能够适应恶劣天气的优势。而海上溢油监测技术应用的航海雷达原始图像数据中,含有大量的同频干扰、斑点、假目标等噪声,处理上述噪声是航海雷达海上溢油监测技术研究的首要工作。本文基于先锁定噪声位置,再消除噪声的思想,提出了一种有效的航海雷达原始回波图像的降噪技术。以大连716溢油事故中采集得到的数据进行试验,并分析处理结果,这种方法不仅能够很好地消除干扰噪声,而且能够有效地保护航海雷达原始回波图像中的海浪信息,为溢油监测技术研究提供了良好的数据基础。Marine radar oil spill monitoring technology has advantages of wide range target detection,flexible working mode and overcoming bad weather. Marine radar original image data,which is applied in marine radar oil spill monitoring technology,contains generous noises of the same frequency interference,speckle,false targets and others. Dealing with the noise is the first work to study the marine oil spill monitoring technology. Firstly,the data images are transferred from the polar coordinate system to the right angle coordinate system. Secondly,convolution images and original images are converted. Thirdly,Otsu algorithm is used to extract the position of the same frequency interference noise. Fourthly,the mean filter is used to eliminate the same frequency interference noise. Next,continuous pixels area threshold is used to identify other noise. In the end,the median filtering method is used to eliminate the other noises. In this paper,the data images collected from 716 oil spill accident in Dalian were processed,and the results of the method were analyzed. This method not only can effectively eliminate the interference noise,but also can effectively protect the marine radar ocean wave information,which provides data base for the research of oil spill monitoring technology.
