摘 要:对于光伏系统而言,无变压器的逆变器拓扑在体积、重量、损耗、成本等方面均具有一定优势。单相有源中点钳位型(ANPC)五电平电路具有电压应力低、输出电压谐波小、电磁干扰小、输出滤波器小等优点,且其半桥型的拓扑形式消除了光伏板漏电流问题,因此该拓扑在小容量户用光伏系统中具有很好的应用前景。针对一种单相有源中点钳位型五电平电路,研究了该拓扑在数字控制下对控制器控制时序的要求,并给出了可选的PWM驱动极性组合。同时,针对电路工作中的死区问题提出了新的死区添加原则和控制方式。最后,搭建了3.3 k W的实验原理样机,验证了控制方案的有效性。For PV system,inverter without transformer shows priority because of its low weight,size,loss and cost. Single phase active neutral point clamped five-level circuit has the advantages of low voltage stress,low output harmonic distortion,small electro magnetic interference,small size of output filter. Together with its half-bridge structure which eliminates the leakage current problem of PV board,the ANPC topology shows great application prospects in resident PV system. An ANPC topology was analyzed in detail. The constraint of time sequence of output controller under digital control was analyzed and the practical PWM polarity was proposed. Novel deal zone and operational principal were also presented. Finally,a 3.3 k W prototype was built to verify the effectiveness of the inverter.
