摘  要:利用计算流体软件ANSYS Fluent构建固瑞克645扇形喷嘴三维有限元模型,然后用Laminar层流模型对高压无气喷涂原子灰扇形喷嘴内的压力、速度流场以及入口压力对压力、速度流场和出口流量的影响进行数值模拟.结果表明:压力和速度场云图呈层状分布、梯度变化;在喷嘴的锥形前段和圆柱部分,压力和速度随距离的变化平缓;在圆锥向圆柱过渡段和出口段压力和速度变化剧烈;总体来看,入口压力越大,出口速度和流量越大;在出口段,入口压力对压力流场和速度流场影响尤为明显.根据结果综合分析,入口压力在15~20 MPa比较合理.A three-dimensional finite element model of Graco 645 fan-shaped nozzle was constructed by using ANSYS Fluent software,and then the pressure and velocity flow fields of the high-pressure airless spraying putty,and effect inlet pressure on outlet flow rate,pressure and velocity flow field were numerical simulation by Laminar flow model. The results show that the pressure and velocity field clouds exhibit layered distribution and gradient changes. In the front conical part and cylindrical sections of the nozzle,the pressure and velocity gently change with the increasing distance. In the transition zone of the cone to cylinder,the pressure and velocity violently change. In general,the greater the inlet pressure is,the greater the outlet velocity and the flow rate are. In the outlet section,influence of the inlet pressure on the pressure flow field and the velocity flow field is especially evident. According to the results of comprehensive analysis,the inlet pressure in the range of 15 ~ 20 MPa are more reasonable.
