摘 要:针对目前同步开关过零投切时间误差反馈环节精度较低的问题,论述了影响反馈时间误差测量精度的主要原因.提出了状态方波法的概念与测量原理,详细介绍了利用此方法精确测量过零投切误差的设计方案.通过理论分析与实验验证,探讨了影响同步开关投切精度的磁保持继电器的动作时间误差特性,通过分析反馈信息在控制系统中的作用,将测量方法简化为更简单有效的状态脉冲法.对设计高精度指标的同步开关提出了合理的解决方案与具体的设计建议.In view of low precision of the error feedback element of the zero-cross switching time of the synchronous switch,the main reasons which affect the measurement accuracy of the feedback time error are discussed. Besides,the concept and measurement principle of state square wave method are proposed,and the design scheme of zero crossing error is precisely introduced by using this method. Similarly,through the theoretical analysis and experimental verification,the operation time error characteristic of the magnetic latching relay which affects the switching precision of the synchronous switch is discussed. By analyzing the role of feedback information in the control system,the measurement method is simplified to a simpler and more effective state pulse method. Finally,the reasonable solution and concrete design suggestion are put forward for the design of the synchronous switch with high precision.
