摘 要:针对牵引变流器尺寸较大且内部结构复杂的特点,简化了变流器模型,并依据各模块不同的电磁骚扰强度和频率设计出适当辐射源模型,选用SOLIDWORKS软件作为三维建模工具,采用HFSS软件对牵引变流器进行仿真,参考实测的电流电压数据,添加激励源模拟出其内部及其对外辐射的电场与磁场分布情况,仿真结果基本符合实测情况,该仿真为预测牵引变流器电磁场分布提供了参考信息,也为设计牵引变流器的电路拓扑及屏蔽外壳提供了一定依据.As a high-power variable voltage and variable frequency electronic device,traction converter is one of the main electromagnetic interference of the orbit traffic vehicles,and its conducted emission and radiation are both obvious. Based on its size and complicated internal structure,a traction converter model was simplified,and an appropriate radiation source model was designed according to different electromagnetic disturbance intensity and frequency of each module. SOLIDWORKS was selected as the modeling tool with HFSS as the simulation software,and the traction converter was simulated. The test data of current and voltage were referred as stimulus to simulate the electromagnetic field distribution inside and outside the train. The result show that it accords with the practice situation. The simulation result provides a reference for predicting the electromagnetic field distribution of traction converter,and also some evidence for designing circuits and shield shell of the traction converter.
