摘 要:分析特殊医学用途婴儿配方粉的干法工艺,研究产品的静态混合均匀性和下粉动态混合均匀性。结果表明:混合完成后静态条件下,不同空间位置的产品营养素指标比较稳定,离散系数基本在10%以内,批次间指标也比较稳定;下粉过程中各阶段产品的营养素指标比较稳定,且与静态条件下也比较接近,不同空间位置产品的营养素测定相对标准偏差基本在10%以内。本研究中的工艺可以满足特殊医学用途婴儿配方粉的生产实践。The production of infant formula powder for special medical purposes under anhydrous conditions was investigated, and the homogeneity of power mixtures during static and dynamic mixing was evaluated. The results showed that after the completion of mixing, nutrients of samples collected at different spatial locations were stable with dispersion coefficient less than 10% under static conditions and that good stability was similarly observed among different batches. At various stages of dynamic mixing, the nutrients were still stable, and the relative standard deviation for different spatial locations was less than 10%. The process presented in this study has great potential to produce infant formula powder for special medical purposes.
