摘　　要：目的:研究壮医药线点灸合手法按摩治疗乳痈郁滞期止痛的即时效果。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例患者随机分为2组,观察组使用壮医药线点灸合手法按摩;对照组采用热敷联合手法按摩疗法。应用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)观察治疗前后随时间变化患者疼痛缓解情况,并比较组间的差异。结果:两组VAS评分均有所降低,但观察组从第2次开始VAS分值降低明显,经统计学检验,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用壮医药线点灸合手法按摩治疗乳痈郁滞期即时止痛效果显著,经济、安全、易于操作,值得临床应用。Objective： To study instant analgesic effect of the treatment of breast carbuncle stasis period with Zhuang medicine line point moxibustion and massage. Methods： The 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups. The observation group was treated by Zhuang medicine line point moxibustion and massage, meanwhile the control group was treated by hot compress and massage. Visual analogue scale （VAS） was used to observe the pain relief of patients before and after treatment and to compare the differences between groups. Results： VAS scores of both groups were decreased, but VAS scores of the observation group were significantly decreased from the second time, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The massage therapy combined with line point moxibustion of Zhuang medicine in the treatment of breast carbuncle stasis period with immediate analgesia effect is significant. The therapy is economical, safe and easy to operate, which is worthy of clinical application.
