摘 要:目的:通过对群体应急无偿献血时容易出现献血时ABO血型差错情况及原因的调查分析,为进一步搞好应急无偿献血工作与血液安全提供更可靠保障。方法:采用回顾性调查分析方法,对2007年~2016年期间群体应急无偿献血时发生的ABO血型差错分别按型别与差错情况进行统计分析,探讨发生血型差错的情况及原因。结果:据不完全统计,2007~2016年群体应急无偿献血发生ABO血型差错639例,其中243例为各种原因导致的漏检,占38.03%。A、B、O、AB型任意三种血型错定为另外一种ABO血型的差错率之间比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:献血时ABO血型差错主要由于献血人数众多、人力物力资源配置不足或协调性不够、漏检、误检、误报与发生额外凝集等有关。Objective: To investigate the cause of ABO blood group errors during group emergency blood donation, so as to provide more reliable safeguard for further improving blood donation work and blood safety. Methods: A retrospective investigation and analysis method was used to statistically analyze the ABO blood type errors that occurred during the group's emergency unpaid blood donation from 2007 to 2016 according to type and error conditions, and to discuss the situations and causes of blood type errors. Results: According to incomplete statistics, 639 cases of ABO blood group errors occurred in 2007~2016 years of group emergency free blood donation, of which 243 cases were missed by various reasons, accounting for 38.03%, and there are a statistically significant different in the error rates that any three blood types of A, B, O, and AB were misclassified as one of the other ABO blood types (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: The misclassification of ABO blood group during blood donation a mainly caused by the large number of blood donation, insufficient allocation or insufficient coordination of human and material resources, missed detection, misdiagnosis, misreporting and the occurrence of additional agglutination.
