产教融合协同培养研究生机制和策略的研究

摘　　要：校企合作协同培养学生已成为一种新型的教育模式得到社会认可。但这种模式在研究生教育阶段的应用还有待深入研究,文章在分析校企合作协同培养研究生机制的理论基础上,结合广西科技大学与柳州欧维姆预应力机械股份有限公司(简称柳州OVM公司)校企协同培养研究生的工作实践,针对研究生协同培养模式的局限性,提出相应的解决策略与途径,以优化校企协同培养研究生的运行机制,提高研究生的培养质量。The cooperation of school-enterprise in cultivating students has become a new type of education model that has received social recognition. However, the application of this model in postgraduate education still needs to be further studied. Through analyzing the theory of the school-enterprise cooperation in cultivating postgraduate and base on the practice of the cooperation of Guangxi University of Science and Technology and Liuzhou OVM Company in cultivating postgraduate, this paper puts forward the corresponding strategies and approaches those aims at the limitations of postgraduate cooperative cultivation mode to optimize the cooperation mechanism of school-enterprise in cultivating postgraduate students and improve the quality of postgraduate.
