欣普贝生治疗延期和过期妊娠孕妇的催产效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察欣普贝生治疗延期和过期妊娠孕妇的催产效果。方法:择取延期和过期妊娠孕妇80例作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组予以宫缩素催产,观察组予以欣普贝生催产。比较两组用药后4、8、12 h宫颈成熟度(Bishop)、引产成功率、剖宫产率和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组用药后4、8、12 h的Bishop评分均显著高于对照组,引产成功率明显高于对照组,剖宫产率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:欣普贝生治疗延期和过期妊娠孕妇的催产效果优于宫缩素催产效果。Objective To observe effects of Dinoprostone suppositories induced labor in pregnant women with delayed and pro-longed pregnancy. Methods： 80 cases of delayed and expired pregnant women were selected as the research objects, and were divided into control group （n = 40） and observation group （n = 40） according to the random number table method. The control group was given Oxytocin in the production process, while the observation group was given Dinoprostone suppositories to induce labor. The cervical ripeness （Bishop） 4, 8 and 12 hours after the treatment, induction rate, rate of cesarean section and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results： The Bishop scores of the observation group 4, 8, and 12 hours after the treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group; the s induction rate was significantly higher than that of the control group; the cesarean section rate was significantly lower than that of the control group; and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P〉0. 05）. Conclusions： Dinopros-tone suppositories are more effective than Oxytocin in the induced labor in the pregnant women with delayed and prolonged pregnancy.
