摘 要:挡位操纵机构是车辆的核心部件之一,也是实现车辆运作的主要控制载体。由于传统挡位操纵机构存在功能单一、操作繁琐、适用范围有限等缺点,因此通过深入研究TRIZ理论以及方法体系,运用相应的TRIZ工具创新出新的结构设计方案,使新型挡位操纵机构在体积、功能、适用范围以及可靠度等方面具有较大优势,最终达到运用TRIZ理论解决核心结构设计以及优化产品性能的目的。对比已有产品,新型挡位操纵机构具有体积更小、功能集成度更高、可靠性更强、通用性更好的特点。The gear operating mechanism is one of the core components of the vehicle and the main control carrier for the operation of the vehicle. As the traditional gear operating mechanism has some defects such as single function,complicated operation and limited scope,a new structure design plan is created by related tools of TRIZ after a deeply research of TRIZ in its theory and method system,which makes the new mechanism a great advantage in volume,function,universality,reliability and other aspects. Ultimately,the purpose of accomplishment of the core structure design and optimization of product performance is achieved. Compared with the existing products, the new gear mechanism has characteristics of smaller volume, higher functional integration,higher reliability and better versatility.
