活血通瘀汤联合中医辨证法治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察活血通瘀汤联合中医辨证法治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年2月至2017年4月间我院98例排卵障碍性不孕症患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各49例。对照组进行常规西医治疗,观察组则进行活血通瘀汤联合中医辨证法治疗。比较两组中不同病程者的排卵率、妊娠率、治疗前后的卵泡直径及子宫内膜厚度。结果:观察组中不同病程者的排卵率及妊娠率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗前两组患者的卵泡直径及子宫内膜厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后不同时间观察组的卵泡直径及子宫内膜厚度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活血通瘀汤联合中医辨证法治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的临床疗效较好,可显著改善排卵率及妊娠率。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Huoxue Tongyu decoction combined with TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of patients with ovulatory infertility. Methods： 98 patients with ovulatory infertility in our hospital from Feb. 2016 to Apr. 2017 were selected as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Huoxue Tongyu decoction combined with TCM syndrome differentiation. The oviposit rates and pregnancy rates of different duration of disease,diameter of follicle and the thickness of endometrium before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Results： The oviposit rates and pregnancy rates of observation group with different duration of disease were all higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05）. The diameter of follicle and the thickness of endometrium of two groups before the treatment were compared,and the differences were not statistically significant（P 0.05）. The diameter of follicle and the thickness of endometrium of observation group were all higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of Huoxue Tongyu decoction combined with TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of patients with ovulatory infertility is better,and it can significantly improve the oviposit rate and pregnancy rate.
