摘　　要：目的:探究FOCUS-PDCA循环管理应用于糖尿病肾病患者维持性血液透析中对空腹血糖水平、低血糖的影响。方法:选取我院2013年1月至2018年1月收治的糖尿病肾病患者108例,按随机数字表法平均分为2组,各54例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用FOCUS-PDCA循环管理护理。对比两组空腹血糖水平及低血糖发生率。结果:观察组开始透析时、透析2h后及透析结束时血糖水平控制情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组透析1h、2h、3h、4h低血糖发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:FOCUS-PDCA循环管理应用于糖尿病肾病患者维持性血液透析可有效预防低血糖,值得临床推广。Objective： To investigate the effect of FOCUS-PDCA circulatory management on blood glucose and hypoglycemia during maintenance hemodialysis in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods： The108 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted from January 2013 to January 2018 in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method,54 cases in each group. The control group received routine care and the observation group received FOCUS-PDCA cycle management care.The fasting blood glucose levels and the incidence of hypoglycemia were compared between the two groups. Results： At the beginning of dialysis,the control of blood glucose level at 2 h after dialysis and at the end of dialysis were all better than those in control group（P 0. 05）. The incidences of hypoglycemia in observation group 1 h,2 h,3 h and 4 h after dialysis were lower than those in control group Control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The application of FOCUS-PDCA circulation management in maintenance hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy can effectively maintain the blood glucose level and reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
