摘　　要：介绍半水-二水法磷酸改造装置清理与检修的主要内容,按故障类别对装置运行故障数据进行统计分析,得出设备故障为清理检修频次最高耗时最多的类别,半水过滤机是需要重点清理与检修的部位。This paper introduces the main contents of the cleaning and overhaul of the phosphoric acid revamping unit based on hemihydrate dihydrate process,and statistically analyzes the fault data of the unit operation according to the fault category,and concludes that the equipment fault is the highest and most time-consuming category for cleaning and repairing.The hemihydrate filter is the part that needs to focus on cleaning and repairing.
