将“VIP理论”移植于公安培训的辨析与思考

摘　　要：在公安教育培训中,有个别教官将"vip理论"应用到公安教育培训的课堂,并得到部分参训民警的认可。通过对"vip理论"移植于公安培训得到民警认可原因的分析,阐述"vip理论"移植于公安培训存在的问题,进而就公安培训中如何强化价值引领作用,激励人民警察更好地履职尽责,服务人民进行辨析与思考。In the public security education and training,some instructors applied the ＂vip theory＂ to the classroom of public security education and training. Through the analysis of the reasons why the ＂vip theory＂ was transplanted into public security training and the reasons for the recognition of the police,the problems of the ＂vip theory＂ were further elaborated,so that the further analysis and thinking was made on how to strengthen the value-leading role in public security training.
