摘　　要：针对在铁路运输轻质油品上部卸油过程中,极易发生"气阻"断流,从而影响卸油进程的现实问题,围绕油库潜油泵卸油工艺的3种改造方案,分析了液压及电动潜油泵应用时存在的问题,总结了加强液压及电动潜油泵卸油作业安全管理的具体措施,提出解决方案,确保铁路卸油作业安全。Frequent ＂ gas resistance＂ during the unloa- ding of oil from the upper part of the railway oil tank- er causes delay of the unloading process. 3 reforming schemes of submersible pump unloading process were discussed and problems in the application of hydrau- lic and electric submersible pump were analyzed. Measures to strengthen the safety management of hy- draulic and electric submersible pump were provided.
