摘  要:目的探讨基于保护动机理论的护理干预对糖尿病患者胰岛素注射的影响。方法选择2016年4月—2017年4月收治于上海市浦东医院的糖尿病患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。住院期间对照组给予常规护理干预;观察组在此基础上予以基于保护动机理论的护理干预,护理措施包括健康教育讲座、糖尿病并发症体验教育、体验式学习和个性化指导,比较两组患者出院时胰岛素规范注射保护动机和胰岛素规范注射得分。结果观察组胰岛素规范注射保护动机和胰岛素规范注射得分均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论基于保护动机理论的护理干预可增强糖尿病患者的主动防范性,提高胰岛素注射的规范性,改善患者的生存质量。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on protection motivation theory on insulin injection in diabetic patients. Methods A total of 100 diabetic patients in Shanghai Pudong Hospital were selected from April 2016 to April 2017. They were randomly and equally divided into the observation group and control group. During hospitalization,the control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received nursing intervention based on protection motivation theory,including health education lectures,experience education on complications of diabetes,experiential learning and individualized instruction. And the protection motivation of standard insulin injection and score of standard insulin injection were compared at hospital discharge. Results The protection motivation of standard insulin injection and score of standard insulin injection in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P〈0. 01). Conclusion Nursing intervention based on protection motivation theory could enhance the initiative prevention in diabetic patients,improve the level of standard insulin injection and quality of life.
