摘 要:基于大倾角带式输送机驱动装置的工作原理,并通过详细的理论计算,给出驱动装置内电动机、液力耦合器、逆止器、制动器、减速器等构件最终的选型设计方案。实践表明:合理地设计大倾角带式输送机驱动装置,可明显降低输送带的使用强度等级,降低整体成本,同时也可大幅改善输送机的工作性能与起动状态。Based on the working principle of the driving device of the belt conveyor with large inclination angle, and through the detailed theoretical calculation, the motor, the hydraulic coupler, the reverse stop, the brake are obtained.Coupling and other components for the final selection. The practice shows that the reasonable design of the driving device of the belt conveyor with large inclination angle can obviously reduce the grade of the use strength of the conveyor belt, reduce the overall cost, and at the same time improve the working performance and starting state of the conveyor greatly.
