摘  要:结合实际工程案例中的滑道磨损情况,分析煤矿中重载刮板输送机滑道磨损特性及其相关机理。为了模拟工作范围,采用实际工程案例中的操作参数,选用混合材料(煤、煤矸石和水)在不同的接触压力和滑动速度下进行试验。结果表明,磨损损失随着接触压力、滑动速度的增加而增加。The main work of this paper is to analyze the wear characteristics and related mechanism of coal mine heavy duty scraper conveyor. In order to simulate the scope of work, the operation parameters in actual engineering cases are adopted, and the mixed materials(coal, etc.) are selected. Coal gangue and water) were tested under different contact pressure and sliding velocity. The results show that the wear loss increases with the increase of contact pressure and sliding velocity.
