摘　　要：分析了一种盘式制动器的制动原理和制动力矩的影响因素,并提出了提高制动力的措施。盘式制动装置制动力矩大,动作灵敏,散热性能好,应用在矿用带式输送机上,可提高生产能力,增加煤运量,延长输送距离。The braking principle of a disc brake and the influencing factors of braking torque are analyzed, and the measures to improve braking force are put forward. The disc brake device has the advantages of large braking torque,sensitive action and good heat dissipation. The application of the disc brake device in the mining belt conveyor can increase the production capacity, increase the amount of coal transportation and prolong the transportation distance.
