交流变频技术在矿用刮板输送机设计中的应用

摘　　要：基于交流变频技术,对某矿用刮板运输机进行选型和设计,并对圆环链、中部槽、刮板以及刮板输送机自动紧链装置进行了设计。研究表明,通过联合交流变频技术、自动恒压紧链装置等可实现对刮板运输机的智能控制。Based on AC frequency conversion technology, the type selection and design of a mine scraper conveyor are carried out, and the loop chain, the middle slot, the scraper and the automatic tight chain device of the scraper conveyor are designed. The research shows that the intelligent control of scraper conveyor can be realized by the joint AC frequency conversion technology and automatic constant pressure and tight chain device.
