摘　　要：针对带式输送机输送带在大运量、长距离、大倾角的运输现场断带事故时有发生的问题,从分析强力皮带机的性能要求、新型强力皮带机断带抓捕器的结构及工作原理入手提出皮带机断带预防措施。In view of the problems of belt breaking accidents in the transportation site with large transportationcapacity, long distance and large inclination angle, the performance requirements of strong belt conveyor are analyzed.Starting with the structure and working principle of the new strong belt breaker, the preventive measures are putforward.
