摘 要:使用孔隙率测定仪,测量了不同品种的油菜籽在不同含水率下的孔隙率。"南油12"油菜籽在含水率为7.11%~13.52%w.b.时,孔隙率为40.87%±0.14%~45.24%±0.16%;"高淳1号"油菜籽在含水率为6.58%~13.59%w.b.时,孔隙率为40.81%±0.16%~46.04%±0.26%。油菜籽的孔隙率随着含水率的增加而增加,与油菜籽品种无明显关系。根据数据拟合方程,"南油12"油菜籽的孔隙率与含水率呈线性关系,"高淳1号"油菜籽的孔隙率与含水率是二次函数关系。The porosity of various rapeseed under different moisture content was measured by the porosity apparatus. The porosity of "Nanyou 12" rapeseed is 40.87%±0.14%~45.24%±0.16% when moisture content is 7.11%~13.52% w.b..The porosity of "Gaochun No.1" rapeseed is 40.81%±0.16%~46.04%±0.26% when moisture content is 6.58%~13.59% w.b.. The porosity of rapeseed increased with the increase of moisture content, which had no obvious relationship with the variety of rapeseed. According to the data fitting equation, the porosity of "Nanyou 12" rapeseed was linearly related to moisture content, and the relationship between porosity of "Gaochun No.1" rapeseed and moisture content was a quadratic function.
