摘 要:互联网是推动中国制造业发展的强有力工具,其相关服务和应用可以助力制造业的创新发展。对2015年"互联网+"驱动下制造业细分行业的创新能力进行评价,在构造的制造业创新能力评价指标体系中,加入了运用层次分析法测算的信息乘数,将其作为互联网对制造业影响的度量。结果发现,在"互联网+"背景下,我国制造业内部创新能力发展不均衡:资本、技术密集型行业对创新有着明显的需求,创新效率较高;以消耗原材料和资源为主的产业创新动力不足,投入较少,导致总体能力较弱。各行业在创新投入、实践和产出三个维度的侧重点不同,创新效率各异,发展空间受到局限。The Internet is a powerful tool to promote the development of China's manufacturing industry,and its related services and applications can help the innovation and development of the manufacturing industry.In this paper,we construct the evaluation index of the manufacturing innovation capability in order to evaluate sub-industry innovation capacity driven by " Internet +".And use the information multiplier measured by the analytic hierarchy process as the impact of the Internet on the manufacturing industry.The results show that China's manufacturing innovation capacity is weak and the internal industry development is unbalanced.Capital and technology intensive industries had obvious demand for innovation,with higher innovation efficiency.Simultaneously,some industrials based on consuming raw materials and resources are short of innovation,so less input led to the weak overall capacity.The focus of the three dimensions of innovation input,practice and output is different,so the development space is limited.
