摘 要:以新戊二醇(NPG)和对苯二甲酸(PTA)单体为原料以及以乙二醇(EG)、二甘醇(DEG)和对苯二甲酸(PTA)单体为原料分别合成两种聚酯树脂,通过酸值、凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)等分析方法,比较5种有机锡催化剂在两组聚酯树脂合成中的催化性能。结果表明:PC9800和PC4100的催化速率快,适合制备高分子量的聚酯;PC779催化的反应较为剧烈,二元醇损耗过多;PC380的催化速率平和缓慢,适合制备中低分子量和窄分子量分布的聚酯;PC918的催化速率较慢,催化效果不理想;PC9800的催化速率在两种聚酯合成中的差异较大,PC779、PC4100、PC380和PC918的催化速率在两种聚酯合成中的差异较小。Two polyester resins were synthesized from neopentyl glycol( NPG),ethylene glycol( EG),diethylene glycol( DEG) and pure terephthalic acid( PTA). Based on analyses of the acid value and gel permeation chromatograph( GPC),catalytic performances of five kinds of organic-tin catalysts were compared in polymerization of the two polyester resins. Results showed that the catalytic rates of PC9800 and PC4100 were high,indicating that both were applicable in the synthesis of polyester resins with high molecular weights. PC779 produced a violent reaction,which caused more wastage of dihydric alcohol.PC380 was mild,which was applicable for synthesis of polyester with low molecular weight and low molecular weight distribution. PC918 presented poor catalytic activity. PC9800 exhibited different catalytic activity in polymerization of the two polyester resins,but PC4100,PC779,PC918 and PC380 exhibited similar catalytic activity.
