摘 要:为了考察温度对沼气厌氧发酵过程的影响,本文对中国石化仪征化纤股份有限公司苯二甲酸(PTA)废水生化处理装置厌氧发酵模块进行升温实验。结果表明:升高温度能够大幅提升沼气产量,在50℃时厌氧发酵的日产气量是40℃的2.2倍;在40℃条件下,废水厌氧发酵后化学需氧量(COD)产气率为0.357 m3/kg,该值接近COD理论产气率,而50℃时达到了0.402 m3/kg。每次升温后会造成产气量以及CH4浓度波动,且随着温度升高,每次升温恢复稳定所需要的时间也更长,40℃时需要10 d,而50℃时则需要31 d。此外,不同温度下待系统稳定后,CH4质量分数均能够维持在72%~74%。To investigate the effects of temperature on anaerobic digestion of biogas,the anaerobic digestion of phthalic acid( PTA) wastewater from Sinopec Yizheng Chemical Co. Ltd. was conducted with increased temperatures. Results revealed that at higher temperatures,the performance of anaerobic digestion was enhanced obviously. The biogas production at 50 ℃ was 2. 2 times higher than that at 40℃,and gas production rate per chemical oxygen demand( COD) at 40 ℃ was 0. 357 m3/kg,which was approximately equal to the theoretical value. The production rate was increased to 0. 402 m3/kg at 50 ℃,but at the higher temperature,the time for recovery became longer,which was 10 d at 40 ℃ and 31 d at50 ℃. In addition,the methane concentration also fluctuated after increasing the temperature each time with the stable value about 72%-74%.
