摘 要:针对冷热联供微网的调度问题,从可再生能源利用率、经济效益和节能减排等方面考虑,建立以风能、太阳能、天然气和储能协同供能的冷热电联供优化调度模型。综合考虑燃料和购售电费率结构,以最小运行成本和环境成本为目标进行优化,并采用改进的粒子群优化算法对提出的高维优化问题进行求解。通过采用粒子相对进步度来自适应调整粒子群参数,在速度更新过程中,用所有粒子个体最优值的平均值替代粒子群中最差的个体最优值,算法提高了高维复杂问题的收敛速度和求解精度。算例仿真验证所提模型和改进算法的有效性,结果表明模型对促进各种能源的综合利用具有实际的意义。In order to improve the renewable energy utilization,economic benefits,the energy saving and the emission reduction of micro grid,the optimal scheduling model is established for the combined cooling,heating and electric power systems composed of wind energy,solar energy,natural gas and energy storage.The minimum operation cost and environmental cost are selected as the target of optimization based on the comprehensive consideration of cost structure of purchase and sale.Moreover,an improved particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm is adopted to solve the high dimensional optimization problem.In this algorithm,the particle relative progress degree is utilized to adaptively adjust the parameters of PSO in which the worst individual optimum is replaced by the average of all individual optimums during the speed update.Finally,an example is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model and the improved algorithm.The results show that the model has practical significance to promote the comprehensive utilization of various energy sources.
