摘  要:为了进一步提高刚玉-尖晶石浇注料的高温使用性能,以粒度为6~3、3~1和≤1 mm的板状刚玉颗粒为骨料,d_(50)=10μm的尖晶石微粉、d_(50)=2.56μm的氧化铝微粉、≤0.044 mm的板状刚玉粉、d50=42.00μm的ZrO_2微粉为细粉,铝酸盐水泥为结合剂,按骨料与粉料质量比为68∶32进行配料,研究了ZrO_2微粉加入量(w)分别为0、3%、6%和9%时对刚玉-尖晶石浇注料常温物理性能、高温抗折强度和抗渣性能的影响,并结合XRD、SEM等对其物相和显微结构进行分析。结果表明:1)试样经1 600℃高温处理后,随着ZrO_2微粉加入量的增大,由于ZrO_2发生相变和生成CaZrO_3,使得线变化率和显气孔率增大,结构变得疏松,常温强度降低;2)ZrO_2的加入提高了试样的高温抗折强度,部分缘于生成Ca Zr O3使结构变得致密,部分缘于相变增韧;但随着ZrO_2微粉加入量增大,抗折强度又略有降低;3)ZrO_2的加入,提高了试样的抗渣性能,主要原因在于ZrO_2与钢渣中的CaO反应生成CaZrO_3,阻止了钢渣的进一步侵蚀与渗透。在本试验条件下,ZrO_2最佳引入量为3%(w)。In order to further improve performances of corundum spinel castables,tabular corundum parti- cles with size of 6 -3,3 -1,and ≤1 mm were used as aggregates,spinel micropowder (dso=10 μm),alumina micropowder (dso =2.56 μm), ≤0. 044 mm tabular corundum powder and ZrO2 micropowder (dso = 42.00μm) as the matrix,and the aluminate cement as the binder to study the effects of ZrO2 micropowder addition (0,3% ,6% and 9% by mass) on cold physical properties,hot modulus of rupture and slag resist- ance by keeping the mass ratio of aggregate to powder at 68:32. The phase composition and microstruc- ture were analyzed with XRD and SEM. The results show that:(1 )for the specimens fired at 1 600 ℃,when the ZrQ micropowder addition increases, due to the phase transition of ZrO2 and the generation of CaZrO2,the linear change rate and the apparent porosity increase,the structure becomes loose,the cold strength decreases;(2)the addition of ZrO2 micropowder improves the hot modulus of rupture which are resulted from the formation of CaZrO2 and phase transition tougheness. But with the addition of ZrO2 micropowder increasing,the modulus of rupture decreases slightly; (3)the addition of ZrO2 micropowder improves the slag resistance of corundum spinel castables, and the main reason is the formation of CaZrO2 through the reaction between CaO from slag and ZrO2,which prevents further erosion and penetration of slag. Under the experimental conditions,the appropriate addition of ZrO2 is 3%.
