摘  要:为探索和研究磁悬浮轴承在多电发动机中的应用技术,以多电发动机为基础,完成了五自由度磁悬浮轴承系统试验台的设计。采用有限元分析软件对磁悬浮轴承和模拟转子进行了仿真分析,并完成了带柔性转子的磁悬浮轴承系统的性能试验。结果表明:模拟转子能较好地模拟多电发动机转子,五自由度磁悬浮轴承试验台的转速、承载力及控制系统稳定性均满足试验台的设计指标要求,可为后续多电发动机的支撑结构设计提供技术支持。In order to explore and research the application technology of the AMB on more-electric gas tur-bine engine, the design of the AMB with five DOF(degree-of-freedom) test-bed was completed based on amore-electric gas turbine engine. Simulation analysis and calculation of the AMB and simulation rotor werecompleted; the performance test of the AMB system with a flexible rotor was completed. The results showthat the simulation rotor can simulate the more-electric gas turbine engine rotor well. The speed, bearing ca-pacity and stability of control system of the AMB with five DOF test-bed meet the design requirements oftest-bed, which can provide the technical support for the support structure design of the more-electric gasturbine engine.
