摘　　要：为改进寄售医用耗材的管理模式,医院基于ERP软件系统,通过对既往耗材管理流程的再造,实现了寄售医用耗材的精细化管理。改造后的耗材管理模式,不仅促进了医用耗材物流管理的改革,使高值耗材管理趋于科学化、精细化,也达到了提高临床工作效率、规范和降低成本的目的。To improve the consignment management mode of medical consumables, the hospital redesigned the management process of medical consumables based on the ERP software system, realizing the fine management of the medical consumables consignment. The reformed consumables management model not only promoted the reform of the logistics management of medical consumables, but also made the management of high-value consumables more scientific and refined. It also helped achieve the goal of improving clinical efficiency, standardizing, and reducing costs.
