摘 要:目的探讨信息自动识别管理对压疮高风险患者护理效率的影响。方法 2016年1月开始,我们利用信息化工具对压疮高风险患者实行数据实时自动提取,改进压疮高风险患者监控程序,并将其应用于压疮预防管理。观察改进前后院内压疮发生率、压疮风险评估符合率、压疮防范措施正确执行率的变化。调查全院护士长对高风险压疮护理管理系统的满意度、临床护士上报时间及质控护士统计时间的差别。结果改进后院内压疮发生率降低,压疮风险评估符合率、压疮防范措施正确执行率提高,组间比较差异均具有统计学意义(p<0.05);改进后全院护士长对压疮预防管理系统的满意度高于改进前,组间比较差异均具有统计学意义(p<0.05),临床护士每年可节约上报时间185小时,质控护士每月统计时间由4小时缩短至10分钟。结论应用信息自动识别管理改善了压疮的预防管理流程,提升了临床护士对压疮预防的预警能力和防治效率,能够更有效地提供优质护理。Objective To explore the effect of automatic information identification on the nursing efficiency of patients with high risk of pressure sores. Method Starting from Janum7 2016, we used information-based tools to extract data automatically fi'om patients with high risk of pressure sores, improved the monitoring procedures, and applied to pressure ulcer prevention management. The incidence of pressure sores before and after improvement, the compliance rate of pressure sore risk assessment, and the correct implementation rate of pressure ulcer prevention measures were observed before and after the application of new tool. The satisfaction of head nurses on the high-risk pressure sore care management system, the time that nurses took to report, and the time that nurses took for statistics were investigated and compared. Results After the application of the new tool, the incidence of pressure sores in the backyard was reduced, and the compliance rate of pressure sore risk assessment and the correct implementation rate of pressure ulcer prevention measures were improved, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant 09〈0.05). The satisfaction of head nurses on the high-risk pressure sore care management system improved, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant 09〈0.05). The clinical nurses could save 185 hours of reporting time each year, and the time that quality control nurses needed for statistics was reduced fl'om 4 hours to 10 minutes. Conclusion The automatic information identification has improved the prevention and management procedures for pressure sores, raised clinical nurses" ability and efficiency of preventing and responding to pressure sores, resulting to higher quality of nursing care.
