摘 要:以野原2号为砧木,春棚1号为接穗,当砧木5片真叶期、接穗4片真叶期时,采用双断根嫁接方法进行嫁接,探究双断根嫁接对番茄生长及果实产量、品质的影响。试验结果表明,嫁接可以显著提高番茄植株长势和产量,对果实中VC、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量影响不大。与常规砧木未断根的嫁接相比,双断根嫁接显著提高番茄植株生长后期(坐果期、采收期)的株高及茎粗,显著提高了产量;2种嫁接方法的果实横径、纵径及单果质量均差异不显著。The experiment was carried out by using Yeyuan No.2 as stock and Chunpeng No.1 as scion. When the stock and scion were at the stage of 5 true leaves and 4 true leaves respectively, the method of double root-cutting grafting were adopted to inquiry the effects on tomato growth, fruit yield and quality. The results showed that grafting could significantly improve tomato plant growth and yield, but had little effect on the contents of vitamin C, soluble sugar and soluble protein. Compared with the conventional stock grafting without root cutting, double root-cutting grafting significantly increased tomato plant height and stem diameter in late growth stage(fruiting period and picking period) and significantly increased the yield. Under the two grafting methods, fruit transverse length, vertical length and fruit weight had not significant difference.
