摘  要:为了满足汽车的舒适性、安全性及操控性方面的要求,在车型开发前期需要评估汽车的弯扭刚度。不同试验条件下测出的刚度值差异很大,为确保数据的统一性和精确性,提出一种测试技术,通过对比2种试验方案,得到扭转方案2改善了试验过程中的侧向位移,更接近汽车的真实工况;在该方法的基础上,统计几十款A级车的弯扭刚度试验数据,总结出A级车车身刚度的评价标准,为企业研发新车型提供车身刚度的参考依据。The bending and torsional stiffness should be evaluated at the earlier stage in order to meet the requirements in comfort, safety and riding. The stiffness values measured under different test conditions are quite different. To ensure the unity and accuracy of the data, a test technology is provided. This paper proposes a test technology that compares the two test schemes. The torsion scheme 2 has improved the lateral displacement in the test and is closer to the real conditions of the vehicle. Based on this method, the bending and torsion stiffness test data are collected for A-class vehicles, obtain the evaluation criterion of body stiffness, providing the reference of body stiffness for the new model development.
