摘 要:为了获取机床误差对面齿轮齿面形貌的影响规律,分析了加工过程中包括相对位置因素和运动过程因素在内的基于面齿轮专用磨削机床的面齿轮加工型面误差因素,提出了齿面点法向误差计算方法,通过MATLAB软件分析主要误差参数给面齿轮型面加工带来的法向误差影响规律.对机床各轴造成的面齿轮的齿面偏差规律进行了提取,并建立了机床调整参数数学表达式.结果表明:磨削过程中的误差各因素影响程度不同,通过调整各个误差参数的数值可以定量减少和调整面齿轮各齿面点位置法向误差,为面齿轮实际数控加工过程中机床各参数调整提供理论依据.To obtain the influence rule of machine tool erroron gear tooth surface profile,the surface error factors of face gear machining based on face gear grinding machine were analyzed,including the relative position factors and the moving process factors during the machining process. This paper proposed a method of calculating the normal error of tooth surface. First, the influence rule of the main error parameters on the normal error resulting from the face gear surfacemachining was analyzed with MATLAB software. Second, the tooth surface deviation of face gear caused by each axis of machine tool was extracted. Finally, a mathematical expression of machine adjustment parameters was formulated. The calculation results show that the errors during the grinding process have different degree effects,and the normal error can be reduced quantitatively and adjusted the location of each tooth point of the face gear byadjusting the values of each error parameter, which provides a theoretical basis for adjusting the parameters of the machine tool in the actual NC machining.
