摘　　要：地方高校的就业工作及就业市场建设对于提高就业率和就业质量至关重要[1],同时对于高校所在地的经济发展也具有现实意义。本文以我国某地方高校—J大学为例,结合就业工作的现状及实践经验、深入探索就业工作及就业市场建设工作思路和方法,旨在为地方高校提升就业工作质量、做好就业工作、促进学生优质就业提供有益参考。The employment work and construction of the employment for local colleges and universities are very important to the improvement of the employment rate and quality[1], and it is also have practical significance to the local economic development. Taking a local university-J University, this thesis combines the present situation and practical experience of employment work, and explores the ideas and methods of employment work and the construction of employment market, aiming at providing useful references for local colleges and universities to improve employment quality, employment work and students＇ high quality employment.
