摘 要:2017年11月国家颁布了《图书馆法》,图书馆界应该如何按照立法要求做好图书馆工作中的阅读推广有了法律条文规定,本文尝试总结过去多年来阅读推广活动的一些经验,结合《图书馆法》中的条文规定,论述新时期下的阅读推广的发展改革思路,重新理解阅读推广与图书馆的关系和定位,并对现今公共图书馆在做阅读推广时的定位失误进行解读,明确全民阅读、阅读推广为主体、公共图书馆为客体的主客关系。In November 2017, the State promulgated the Library Law. Since then the library community had a legal provision on how to read and promote library work in accordance with legislative requirements. This article attempts to summarize some of the experiences of reading promotion activities in the past years. Combining with the provisions in the Library Law, it discusses the development and reform ideas of reading and promotion in the new era, re-understands the relationship and positioning between reading and promotion and the library, explains the mistakes in the positioning of public libraries when doing reading promotion, and clarify that reading promotion is subject and public library is object.
