摘  要:针对目前缺乏适用于交直流混合微网的大容量高效率DCDC变换器的问题,文中提出一种双向全桥LLC谐振变换器,逆变、整流网络都采用全桥结构,高频变压器实现隔离功能,通过电感电容谐振使开关管工作在软开关,减小开关损耗提高效率。通过对拓扑结构、工作原理、增益特性的详细分析,给出谐振变换器的具体设计方法,并搭建仿真。仿真结果显示,该实验电路可以实现软开关并能在输入和负载波动时实现稳定输出,证明了设计方法的可行性。Aimed at the problem of the lack of large capacity and high efficiency DCDC converter which was suitable for AC-DC hybrid micro-grid,a two-way full bridge LLC resonant converter was proposed. Used full-bridge structure for inverter and rectifier network,the high-frequency transformer achieved the function of isolation,through the capacitor and inductance resonant made the switch worked in the soft switch,which could reduce the switching loss to improve efficiency. The topological structure,working principle and gain characteristic were analyzed,the specific design method of resonant converter was given and then built simulation. The simulation results showed that the experimental circuit could realize the soft switch and stable output when the input and load fluctuated,proved the feasibility of the design method.
