摘　　要：本文应用层次分析法对影响施工成本的因素进行了初步筛选,运用BIM技术数据信息准确、丰富的特性、优化施工过程中的资源配置等特点,合理安排材料用量及人工工作,并提出结合RFID标签,保证劳务人员的工作效率。引入实证案例,对BIM技术在施工阶段成本控制中进行实践应用,并对影响施工成本的主要材料费进行定量分析,实现了项目施工阶段的成本控制。This paper uses the analytic hierarchy process（AHP） to conduct a preliminary screening of the factors affecting the construction cost,and uses the accurate and abundant features of the BIM（Building information Modeling） technical data to optimize the resource allocation in the construction process,reasonably arrange the material usage and manual work,and puts forward the combination of RFID（Radio Frequency Identification） tags to ensure the labor service personnel.The efficiency of work.The introduction of empirical cases,the practical application of BIM technology in the construction phase of cost control,and the quantitative analysis of the main material costs affecting the construction costs,to achieve the project construction phase of cost control.
