摘　　要：BIM(建筑信息模型)于40年前被创立以来,逐渐展开运用于各类建筑工程的规划、施工、竣工结算进程中。文章就BIM技术的特性,结合建筑工程竣工结算中存在的各种问题,对BIM技术在竣工结算中的运用进行评价。BIM（Building Information Model） has been gradually applied to the planning,construction and completion settlement of various types of construction projects since its establishment 40 years ago.The article evaluates the application of BIM technology in the completion settlement based on the characteristics of the BIM technology and the various problems existing in the completion settlement of the construction project.
