摘　　要：针对传统SPC技术在小批量生产运用中存在的问题,提出了基于0-1变换的控制无显著性差异工序过程均值、方差的通用控制图模型,实现了小批量生产的实时SPC。Because there is a shortcoming of traditional SPC technology applied in small-batch production.This paper proposes a general control chart model which is used to monitor operations process mean and variance of insignificance discrepancy based on the 0-1 transform and has achieved the real-time SPC in the small-batch production.
