摘　　要：针对我国建设工程项目的承发包模式现状展开探讨,论述了我国现有的几种承包发包模式,分析了各种承发包模式的优缺点,总结了我国各类型承发包模式的发展前景及整改关键点,为同种类型工程项目的管理提供理论参考。According to the exploration ofr the current contracting models in the construction engineering programs in China,the paper indicates some kinds of contracting and bidding models in China,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various contracting and bidding models,and sums up the development prospect and reform points for these contracting and bidding models,so as to provide some theoretic reference for the management of the same type of the engineering programs.
