品管圈在提高药品摆放准确率中的应用

摘　　要：目的:分析品管圈活动在提高药品摆放准确率中的应用价值。方法:开展品管圈活动,对我科2017年3月护士药品摆放2 000例次进行调查,干预后再对护士药品摆放2 000例次进行调查,对比实施品管圈前后药品摆放准确率。结果:由改善前的95.35%提高到99.05%,实施品管圈后药品摆放准确率有明显提高,同时圈员在品管圈方法运用、团队凝聚力、解决问题能力、责任与荣誉、沟通协调、活动信心6个方面得到显著提高。结论:实施品管圈活动意义显著,值得推广。Objective： To explore the value of Quality Control Circle（ QCC） in improving the accuracy of drug placement. Methods： 2 000 cases of drug placement executed by the nurses from our department were investigated before and after the implementation of QCC on March 2017,and the accuracy of drug placement before and after the implementation of QCC were compared. Results： The accuracy of drug placement increased from 95. 35% to 99. 05% after the implementation of QCC. By applying QCC,it improved the application of QCC management method adopted by staff and team cohesion. And it improved their ability to solve problems and their ability to communicate and coordinate with each other.Also it raised nurses＇ responsibility and honor and activity confidence. Conclusions： The implementation of Quality Control Circle is very valuable and worthy of being applied.
