戊酸雌二醇片与米非司酮、米索前列醇联合治疗稽留流产的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨戊酸雌二醇片联合米非司酮+米索前列醇与米非司酮+米索前列醇治疗稽留流产的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析在我院进行治疗的稽留流产患者120例,分为戊酸雌二醇片联合米非司酮+米索前列醇的试验组(54例)和米非司酮+米索前列醇的对照组(66例),比较两组的临床效果。结果试验组患者药流失败率、流产出血量、清宫术时间、术中出血量均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),两组在药流失败后清宫术并发症发生率(二次清宫术、宫颈粘连、人流综合征)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论戊酸雌二醇片联合米索前列醇在临床中的应用,可增加稽留流产药物流产成功率,降低药流副反应及并发症发生的风险,可在临床中推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical value of estradiol valerate combined with mifepristone and misoprostol in the treatment of missed abortion.Methods Clinical data of 120 patients with abortion were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into observation（ n = 54） and control groups（ n = 66）.The observation group was treated with estradiol valerate combined with mifepristone and misoprostol.The control group was treated with mifepristone and misoprostol.The clinical outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The failure rate of drug abortion,amount of blood loss and time of uterus cleaning operation in the observation group were significantly less or shorter than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. There were no significant differences in the incidence of complications such as secondary uterine cleaning,cervical adhesion and abortion syndrome between the two groups.Conclusion The application of the combination of estradiol valerate with mifepristone and misoprostol can increase the success rate of the drug abortion and reduce the risk of adverse reactions and complications.It should be popularized in clinic.
